I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and well air-conditioned, essential during the hot weather in Mainz. The location was superb, just across from the train station and within walking distance to many attractions, but some better restaurants were a short walk away in the historical center. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, although one receptionist was a bit rude. The dining options exceeded my expectations with a great selection of foods. Overall, a great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, bright, and quite spacious, filled with sunlight and free internet access. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to stow our luggage on our last day. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Mainzer Hbf and close to the railway station. The dining experience was delicious, offering a good selection of juices, cereals, meats, and cheeses. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor room cleaning issues.

The rooms were satisfactory, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent for a stopover when traveling elsewhere. However, the crowded environment and potential noise from the busy surroundings might be a drawback.
